Perpignan holidays rentals, vacation accomodation in the historical part near the danish consulate very safe and quiet !
I rent a renovated and charming 30 square meter flat fully furnished for 4 persons maximum and equipped with, microwave, fridge and feezer, coffee machine, orange juice machine, toaster, Sony TV with 24 channels and free WIFI, in the historical center of Perpignan . The flat is on the first floor of my 2 floor private town house. It is located at 36 rue michel de montaigne which is a very safe embassy district just 5 mn walk from the center and from the danish consulate ( if you need to locate it you can use google map system). The beaches are 10 mn by car with the highway (no trafic even in August) Price in summer 2012 ( same as 2011): 270 euros per week last week of june then 300 euros first and second week of july , 330 in July and 390 in August + 40 euros / week for utilities such as gas electricity 3 cubic meter of water and local tourism tax. For Visa festival this flat is at 500 euros per week all included with sheets and then the flat is available for students.
